Our story
WaSMS started as a simple idea: businesses spend hours every day replying to the same questions on WhatsApp — "Is my order shipped?", "What are your hours?", "Do you have X in stock?". We thought there had to be a better way.
The first version was a simple inbox with AI auto-replies. Customers soon asked for campaigns, SMS, email and more, so we built those too.
Today WaSMS brings WhatsApp, SMS and email together with AI, contacts, campaigns and an API, and more than 1,000 businesses have signed up. You use your own WhatsApp number and your own Android phone, so there is never a charge per message.
